Refund policy
Most Elevare Lighting products are handcrafted or assembled specifically after your order is placed.
Claim Period
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you must notify Elevare Lighting within 7 calendar days of delivery.
Claims submitted after this period may be declined.
Inspection Upon Delivery
The shipment must be inspected immediately upon delivery.
To submit a claim, you must provide:
- one continuous, unedited unpacking video beginning before the sealed shipping carton is opened and ending after the complete inspection of the product;
- photographs of the outer shipping carton before opening;
- photographs of the internal packaging;
- photographs of any visible damage or defects.
If the submitted materials are insufficient to determine the cause of the damage, the claim may be declined.
Opening the Package
Warning labels are placed on the packaging.
Do not use knives, box cutters, or other sharp tools when opening the package. Damage caused by improper unpacking is not considered a manufacturing defect.
Made-to-Order Products
Most Elevare Lighting products are individually made to order.
Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled.
Products manufactured according to a customer’s individual order cannot be returned due to a change of mind, design preference, or personal preference.
Returns
Returns are accepted only with prior written authorization from Elevare Lighting.
Returned items must:
- be unused;
- not be installed;
- be returned in their original packaging;
- include all original components.
Claim Resolution
After reviewing the submitted information, Elevare Lighting will determine the most appropriate resolution.
Depending on the circumstances, this may include:
- repair;
- replacement parts;
- product replacement;
- refund;
- another reasonable solution.
Each claim is reviewed individually.
Natural Alabaster
All products are made from genuine natural alabaster.
Variations in color, veining, texture, translucency, and other natural characteristics are inherent features of genuine stone and are not considered manufacturing defects.
